Google recently announced the development of an applications marketplace that allows cloud computing companies to easily purchase and integrate features into their business seamlessly. The site acts a medium between cloud computing application developers and companies hoping to increase their capabilities.

The site offers voice over internet applications, appointment scheduling software and a number of other applications that a company can use without focusing too intently on setup.

"The Google Apps Marketplace eliminates the worry about software updates, keeping track of different passwords and manual syncing and sharing of data, thereby increasing business productivity and lessening frustrations for users and IT administrators alike," the company wrote on its blog.

The marketplace has drawn great praise for Google, which had a couple of bad months to start 2010 . The struggles of the earliest form of Google Wave to gain acceptance among the general public paired with news of a serious security breach in January pushed the company into a brief crisis. The search-engine giant has since resurrected its image thanks in part to the marketplace.ADNFCR-2553-ID-19670165-ADNFCR
