Server Management Service
Supports your file, print and application servers. This service has two options to choose from:

Server Management: Includes fault management, performance management, anti-virus protection, critical OS and software updates, asset tracking, Active Directory management and software distribution capabilities. Servers are monitored 24x7.

Server Monitoring: 24x7 server monitoring. Your authorized technical contacts are notified when issues arise.

Server Management Service Options: Additional options for the Server Management Service are available to accommodate the specific needs of your organization, including Server Data Backup and Full Server Restore.

Network Management Service
Supports your wired and wireless network devices. This service has two options to choose from:

Network Device Management and Monitoring: Includes fault management, configuration management, and performance management of your network devices. Networks are monitored 24x7.

Network Device Monitoring: 24x7 network monitoring. Your authorized technical contacts are notified when issues arise.
