CenterBeam leverages Symantec.cloud (formerly MessageLabs®) Web filtering to help you control Internet use in your organization. Our URL filtering service helps protect businesses from the ramifications of inappropriate Web use and assists in blocking access to websites by URL, web categories, time of day, or file type.

CenterBeam’s Web filtering service enables IT departments to:

• Block access to specific file types, websites or over 80 broader website categories.
• Create flexible time-based web filter rules that limit access to non-work-related sites to specific times.
