2012: HP AllianceONE Partner of the Year Awards recognize HP business partners' outstanding accomplishments in the development and delivery of innovative solutions built on HP Converged Infrastructure that raise the standard for business excellence and client satisfaction. Winners are chosen for delivering solutions that drive meaningful business results. CenterBeam Wins 2012 Gold Stevie® Award For Customer Service Department of the Year
2012: CenterBeam was honored with the Stevie Award for its continual efforts to improve customer service. With overall customer satisfaction results of 96.1% in 2010, CenterBeam could have been satisfied with the status quo. But inspection of customer survey data revealed an opportunity to improve customer satisfaction even more. Instead of focusing on ways to reactively remediate mistakes and shortcomings, CenterBeam invested in a new set of processes and resources designed to proactively recognize and reward helpdesk specialists for their excellence.

2009: CenterBeam receives the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program. A result of Cisco's independent client survey and assessment program, this designation identifies CenterBeam as having maintained outstanding customer satisfaction.

CenterBeam Wins 2009 Outsourcing Relationship Management "RMMY" Award
2009: CenterBeam won the RMMY (the "Emmy" of outsourcing) for "Most Innovative Relationship Management in a Downturn Economy" recognizing CenterBeam for its ability to help its customers do more with less. Receiving special mention was CenterBeam's short-term contract, scalable services and fee structure, and collaborative relationship management approach.

2009: CenterBeam recognized this year as a "Stevie" finalist for outstanding performance in the category of Marketing Department of the Year by the American Business Awards.

More than 2,600 entries from companies of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories.

The "Stevies" (taken from the Greek word "to crown") are considered the Oscars® of the business world.

Best Customer Service Finalis

CenterBeam Recognized as a Finalist in the Fifth Annual International Business Awards
2008: CenterBeam was the only IT managed service provider (MSP) to be recognized this year as a "Stevie" finalist for Best Customer Service by the International Business Awards (IBAs).

The IBAs are the only global, all-encompassing awards program honoring great performances in business. Honorees were selected from more than 1,700 entries received from organizations and individuals in more than 30 countries.

The "Stevies" (taken from the Greek word "to crown") are considered the Oscars® of the business world.

CenterBeam Receives Recognition as a CIPA Finalist
2007: CenterBeam was selected as a finalist at the Canadian Information Productivity Awards (CIPA) under the category of Customer Centricity.

A CIPA award is centered on "excellence" and celebrates the impressive ability of Canadians and Canadian organizations to change, adapt, innovate and compete in a competitive landscape. A CIPA award showcases implementation of best practices, with the purpose of leading other Canadian organizations to adopt new techniques and introduce advanced technologies faster, in order to generate higher productivity, develop innovative products and services, and foster increased prosperity for all stakeholders within the organization, the industry and the economy at large.

CenterBeam's Corporate Responsibility Program Honored in Third Annual International Business Awards
2006: CenterBeam earned a Certificate of Finalist Recognition for "Best Corporate Social Responsibility Program" from the 2006 International Business Awards.

The Stevie Awards were created to honor and generate public recognition of the efforts, accomplishments, and positive contributions of companies and business people worldwide. With a mission to raise the profile of exemplary companies and individuals, the International Business Awards are the only global, all-encompassing business awards program honoring great performances in the workplace.

CenterBeam Wins Microsoft "Winning on Value" Partner Award
CenterBeam, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, has received the Microsoft "Winning on Value" partner award based on its superior customer satisfaction and for delivering demonstrable customer value.

The nomination for the award cited CenterBeam's work with a large apparel manufacturer. In part, the nomination reads,CenterBeam transformed the client's entire IT environment to a Microsoft platform secured by Active Directory. The platform transition, along with CenterBeam's ongoing management services, provides a stable, reliable IT environment that allows the client to grow their thriving business. Their IT department is focused on the activities that help them grow and manage their business while CenterBeam takes care of the base IT operations - all at an annual savings to the client of more than $150,000.

CenterBeam Awarded Microsoft Gold Certification
CenterBeam has recently been awarded Gold Certified Partner status from Microsoft in recognition of our expertise in implementing and managing a broad range of Microsoft services - from messaging to operating systems to office applications. Gold Certified Partners are the top level of Microsoft solutions partners and have access to the tools and support they need to help them stand out in the marketplace. Less than four percent of Microsoft partners worldwide are awarded the status of Gold Certified Partner.

CenterBeam Awarded SAS 70 Type 2 Certification
After an extensive audit, CenterBeam has been awarded SAS 70 Type II certification. The SAS (Statement on Auditing Standards) 70 certification is an internationally-recognized standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The Type II certification means an independent auditor examines CenterBeam’s day-to-day procedures to determine if they continue to perform as documented and issues a report on their findings every six months.

Kevin Francis and CenterBeam Win New Brunswick's Highest IT Honor
The KIRA Award Honors IT Leaders, individuals and companies that set the pace for the IT industry. This year, Kevin Francis took top honors, receiving the prestigious Industry Person of the Year award.

CenterBeam was recognized for employment growth efforts in New Brunswick in 2004.

Based on its ninth annual "Best Places To Work Survey," Computerworld has selected CenterBeam as the best place to work in end-user IT outsourcing and second only to EDS in the overall category of IT outsourcing.
