In order to ensure that our support remains at a world-class level, CenterBeam has contracted an outside vendor, MarketTools CustomerSat, to provide detailed Customer Satisfaction reports on a monthly basis. MarketTools CustomerSat surveys, tracks, and measures our end-users' satisfaction across many different parameters, such as Express Access support personnel knowledge and timely resolution of customer issues.
